When a tailor looks to cut a suit to fit perfectly for a client they first must evaluate that persons unique characteristics. At TMI we think this same approach should be used in the development of educational material. We require all of our students to first take our Learning Assessment to identify their most effective learning styles.
So how does the customization process work? Once we have an understanding of your learning styles we can deliver content that will be portrayed in a manner that reflects your needs. If, for example, upon completing the assessment we determine you have a visual learning style we will adjust our courses content to be displayed with more visually based cues. Things such as charts, graphs, videos, and interactive content will be delivered teaching the same content that every other learning style receives, but in the best way for you.
